Here's a great papercut animation for Josh Ritter’s “Love Is Making Its Way Back Home”, made from over 12,000 pieces of construction paper by Prominent Figures

Martha Vershaffel is a fantastic artist working out of Belgium within the comic book/ zine/art world but with a totally fine art sensibility....her work is definately worth checking out.
She is very prolific making her own zines and books and collaborates with many other artist publications.
Here is an interesting insight to her process, look too at the other links on this latvian comic /zine blog, there are some rare ones indeed.
Also go to marthas blog and her flickr for a peek at what she does.
I think that marthas work may inspire peeps for the upcoming independants day april 22nd and the second dublin zine fair , later in the summer.
It is personal, she works from dreams and nightmares often and celebrates the handmade gloriously in her process.

Link to Facebook page and full info
A fun way to focus on drawing. Do a drawing every day the first 28 days in February and post the results here. Open to everyone! Use the extra day this year to mail your work for inclusion in a physical exhibition. Details in 'info' section of the facebook page.
28 Drawings later is a drawing challenge and social networking project created by Visual Artist Victoria Evans. The result is an evolving, month-long, participatory online gallery which encourages everyone, artists and non-artists alike, to see what might happen if they made time to draw every day for a month.
Here's the 2011 book
